About this role
Wil je publieke organisaties helpen bij hun uitdagingen rond HR‑strategie, organisatiestructuren, competenties, talentontwikkeling en transformaties? Dan is deze rol als Senior Consultant HR & Organisatieontwikkeling jou op het lijf geschreven.
What will you be doing?
Je begeleidt overheidsorganisaties in hun transformatie naar efficiënte, toekomstgerichte en mensgerichte werkmodellen.
Je:
- ondersteunt bij organisatiedesign, procesoptimalisatie en rolverdeling.
- ontwikkelt HR‑strategieën, capaciteitsstudies, functiebeschrijvingen en competentieraamwerken.
- begeleidt change‑trajecten, cultuurveranderingsprojecten en nieuwe manieren van (samen)werken.
- diept thema’s zoals talentontwikkeling, workforce planning, wellbeing en leiderschap verder uit
- faciliteert workshops, interviews en co‑creatiesessies met teams, management en directies.
- bouwt mee aan BDO‑expertise in HR‑trends in de publieke sector.
What do you bring to the table?
- Je hebt 2–5 jaar ervaring in HR‑consultancy, organisatieontwikkeling of change in de publieke of non‑profitsector.
- Je hebt kennis van HR‑processen, organisatiemodellen en/of change‑methodieken (Prosci/ADKAR is een plus).
- Je bent analytisch, werkt gestructureerd en bent sterk in faciliteren.
- Je communiceert helder en werkt graag met diverse stakeholders.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, met goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
