Job Description:

  • We are searching for the best talent for Senior Controlling Analyst

    We are looking for an Senior Controlling Analyst to join the Business Control área
    , based in Chile and providing support to activities for other countries within the South cluster. This position will play a key role in monitoring, analyzing and controlling administrative and financial processes related to the local business, ensuring a robust control environment and collaborating with different internal areas to ensure information quality, policy compliance and the proper execution of recurring controls. 


    The role requires an analytical, organized and detail-oriented professional with the ability to work with financial information, reports, corporate systems and control processes. The person in this position will be responsible for contributing to the reliability of management information and supporting closing cycles and periodic reporting. 

    Main responsibilities 

    • Monitor the application of revenue policies in Chile, including pricing and credit note issuance.

    • Review and analyze price change proposals, ensuring consistency with defined policies and guidelines. 

    • Perform intercompany billing processes. 

    • Control inventory reserves during monthly accounting closings, calculate days of inventory and coordinate cost- and inventory-related tasks with the involved areas. 

    • Create and maintain master data elements according to business needs. 

    • Prepare sales and marginal contribution reports. 

    • Collaborate with local and regional teams to ensure the quality, timeliness and traceability of financial and administrative information. 

    • Follow up on the fixed asset investment plan for the South cluster. 

    Requirements and desired skills 

    • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields. 

    • Previous experience in administrative, finance, accounting, controlling or business support roles. 

    • Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with databases, reports and reconciliations. 

    • Knowledge of or experience with SAP is desirable. 

    • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and focus on information quality. 

    • Organization, follow-up and ability to meet deadlines, especially during closing cycles and periodic reporting processes. 

    • Good communication skills and ability to interact with different areas and regional teams. 

    • Advanced English is required. 

    • Demonstrates an understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices, and has experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity.
