About the Role The Senior Project Manager owns the end-to-end delivery of assigned Flow developments — driving each project across its full lifecycle (Concept → Design Development → GFC Documentation → FF&E Selection → Site Execution → Handover) on scope, schedule, budget, and brand. As the single point of accountability for every assigned project, this role orchestrates cross-discipline delivery across architecture, interior design, structural engineering, MEP, and landscape, while coordinating consultants, contractors, and internal design teams. The Senior Project Manager covers Flow's full project taxonomy—ground-up developments, conversion projects, third-party standard conversions, and tenant improvements/fit-out and reports to the Head of Design Management. This person sets the delivery cadence, governs change and risk, mentors Project Managers, and holds a zero-tolerance line on uncontrolled changes and undocumented decisions.
