Senior Director, Digital Product

We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.  As a Senior Director, Digital Product on our Marcomms team, you will lead the team and platforms that bring Stand Together's digital experiences to life. You will own the strategy and execution of our digital product roadmap, ensuring our websites, marketing technology platforms, and digital experiences are built in service of audience needs, measurable outcomes, and the organization's most important growth priorities.   This is a strategic leadership role with significant operational focus, partnering closely with Growth Marketing, MarComms, and Enterprise IT peers to embed Digital Product at the center of how we reach, engage, and activate Stand Together's priority audiences. You'll lead a high-performing team and develop a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and principled entrepreneurship.
