We are proud to deliver Project Management Services to the Rail Land Development Authority (Indian Railways) for three major railway station projects: Mumbai, New Delhi, and Ahmedabad. Our involvement spans the entire project lifecycle, ensuring comprehensive support throughout each stage of implementation.

We are seeking applications for the position of Field Engineer (OHE) for Project “Redevelopment Project of Railway Station in Ahmedabad - RLDA.

Missions/Main Duties

• Assisting Resident Engineer (System and MEPF) for Monitoring Supervision of OHE Works/ Inspection of OHE Works with safety & Quality including safety during traffic.
• Any other work assigned by Resident Engineer (System and MEPF).
• Ensure he has gone through Business Ethics and compliance training.
• Ensure he has gone through the Anti-Corruption training.
• Ensure he has gone through 3S training as per group’s policy

Profile/Skills

• Graduate Engineering (Mechanical /Electrical)
• Minimum Overall 10 Years of Experience required.
• Minimum Experience in Similar Position should be 5 years
• Minimum Experience in Eligible Projects should be 7 Years
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
• Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
• Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
• Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter.
• Ensure compliance of the Systra Group policies, particularly on ethics, safety and adherence to Company ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards.
