DevSecOps Engineer

Buscamos un DevSecOps Engineer apasionado por la automatización, la seguridad y las tecnologías cloud, capaz de implementar mejores prácticas de seguridad dentro del ciclo de vida de desarrollo de software y apoyar la construcción de plataformas escalables y seguras.

Esta posición colaborará de manera cercana con equipos de desarrollo, infraestructura y seguridad para fortalecer procesos de CI/CD, seguridad en la nube y gestión de vulnerabilidades.

Responsabilidades

  • Implementar prácticas de DevSecOps y Secure SDLC.
  • Integrar controles de seguridad en pipelines CI/CD.
  • Participar en iniciativas de automatización y seguridad cloud.
  • Administrar y asegurar entornos Kubernetes y contenedores.
  • Implementar infraestructura como código utilizando Terraform.
  • Identificar, analizar y apoyar la remediación de vulnerabilidades.
  • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo e infraestructura en la adopción de mejores prácticas de seguridad.
  • Participar en revisiones de arquitectura y evaluaciones de riesgo técnico.
  • Apoyar la implementación de controles de seguridad en entornos cloud e híbridos.

Requisitos indispensables

✅ 5+ años de experiencia en DevOps, DevSecOps o Cloud Engineering.

✅ Experiencia en DevSecOps y Secure SDLC.

✅ Experiencia con Kubernetes y Docker.

✅ Experiencia en Infrastructure as Code utilizando Terraform.

✅ Experiencia en herramientas CI/CD:

  • GitHub Actions
  • GitLab CI/CD
  • Jenkins

✅ Conocimientos de Cloud Security.

✅ Experiencia en gestión y remediación de vulnerabilidades.

✅ Inglés profesional avanzado para entornos corporativos internacionales.

⭐ CyberArk o HashiCorp Vault

⭐ Experiencia en sector bancario, financiero o fintech
