Ltd, we don’t just price projects — we price possibility.  As a leader in energy efficiency and large-scale refurbishment, we’re trusted by clients to deliver transformational work that makes homes warmer, safer, and more sustainable.  We’re now looking for a Senior Estimator to lead our pricing and pre-construction function, playing a pivotal role in shaping the success of our bids and the future of our pipeline.

You’ll work closely with our pre construction team and  operational leads to ensure our pricing is sharp, competitive, and aligned with our uncompromising standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the preparation of accurate, commercially sound cost estimates and tender submissions
• Support in the management of pre-construction processes across a range of public sector refurbishment and energy efficiency projects
• Reviewing tender documentation and developing cost plans and methodologies
• Working with internal stakeholders to identify risks, innovations, and value-engineering opportunities
• Coordinating supplier and subcontractor pricing
• Presenting tender strategies and outcomes to senior leadership
• Helping mentor and develop junior team members

What we’re looking for

We’re after a strategic thinker and a detail-driven professional — a confident estimator with sharp commercial instincts, deep industry knowledge, and the drive to deliver work that stands up to scrutiny and makes a real impact.

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator in construction/refurbishment
• A solid understanding of housing retrofit, refurbishment or social housing frameworks
• Strong analytical and technical ability — plus clear written and verbal communication
• Experience working with estimating software and Excel
• A proactive mindset and the confidence to challenge assumptions
• The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a high-trust environment
