The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role includes proactive system troubleshooting, working with mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment, conducting preventative maintenance and managing parts inventory, and anticipating and correcting safety issues related to both Company- and Customer-owned equipment. This position involves direct customer interaction and may require work across multiple systems, locations, and customers.

Driving Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain privileges to drive a company vehicle.
- Completion of Driver Application for Employment.
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
Education & Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Capable of obtaining a CDL, Class A or B, with applicable endorsements.
- 2–5 years of technical work experience, including industrial or commercial process water experience.
- Industry-specific license(s) may be preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.).
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
- Clean driving record.
- Previous technical work experience required.
Skill Requirements
- Electrical, mechanical, diesel, and/or fusion experience depending on business unit.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and smart devices.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Demonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to synthesize technical information and communicate it clearly.
- Ability to derive insight from customer experiences to produce outcomes and solve problems in novel and unexpected situations.
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated pay range for this position is $28 to $31 per hour. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location.
