Job Description:

Established and productive individual contributor, who works under moderate supervision. Assists with tracking the organization's financial performance, contributes to financial communication strategies, and carries out duties for financial forecasting and analysis to help guide decision making and set strategy.
Analyzes complex financial data for leadership to better understand where strategic decisions should be evaluated.
Develops complex financial graphs and charts for presentations.
Examines existing financial concepts to identify areas for process improvement.
Streamlines detailed financial information and eliminates irrelevant data.
Identifies opportunities to improve visual representation of complex financial concepts.
Conducts routine audits of internal processes, and identifies opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.​
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
