Senior Finance Transformation and Systems Accountant | Global Growth and Transformation Role  Dandenong South| Competitive Salary and Career Growth  Daniels Health is continuing its global expansion across Australia, North America, the UK and beyond — and with that growth comes an exciting opportunity to reshape how finance operates at scale.  We’re looking for a Senior Finance Transformation and Systems Accountant to join our Global Head Office and play a key role in driving process improvement, automation, and system optimisation across our finance function.  This is not your typical accounting role.  What makes this role different  • You won’t be stuck in month-end or BAU reporting cycles  • You’ll focus on improving processes rather than maintaining them  • You’ll work across finance, IT, and global teams to drive change  Key responsibilities  • Identifying and delivering process improvements across finance  • Driving automation and efficiency using our ERP (Microsoft Business Central)  • Partnering with finance, IT, and global stakeholders to enhance systems and workflows  • Supporting transformation initiatives, including future projects like AP automation (Coupa)  • Building smarter reporting and improving data integrity  Why Daniels Health  Daniels is a globally recognised healthcare business with operations across Australia, USA, Canada, UK, and South Africa.
