Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and partnering with leaders across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with manufacturing operations, R&D and commercial while providing actionable financial insights that influence business outcomes.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports that provide actionable business insights.
• Lead monthly close activities, including variance analysis and performance commentary.
• Analyse and report Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of financial data and reporting.
• Support the commission process for the global distribution network.

Forecasting, Planning & Business Partnership

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and key performance indicators.
• Partner with the R&D organization on financial modeling for new product introductions.
• Serve as a trusted finance business partner to manufacturing operations, providing insights that support operational decisions and investment prioritization.
• Establish, track, and analyze financial and operational KPIs, recommending corrective actions where appropriate.

Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with business leaders to translate financial data into strategic recommendations.
• Use financial insights to drive actions that improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support evolving business needs and executive decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information for non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams.
