Bellwether is privately held and has offices in Los Angeles, Newport Beach, London and Dallas.  Overview As a Senior Analyst on the Bellwether Equity Team, you will support the oversight of a portfolio of commercial real estate investments. Key responsibilities include maintaining complex financial analyses, evaluating monthly operating reports and participating in bi-weekly leasing calls. Senior Analysts will be encouraged to contribute on the strategic initiatives across their deals and suggest business plan variations, where appropriate.
