How you’ll be impactful:
En tant que Développeur Senior Full Stack, vous jouerez un rôle clé au cœur de notre plateforme SaaS multi-marques, en travaillant directement avec le CTO sur des problématiques techniques ambitieuses : temps réel à forte charge, paiements, téléphonie, et modernisation de l'architecture. Votre impact sera immédiat et visible dans une équipe de taille humaine où chaque contribution compte.
What you’ll be doing:
- Développer et maintenir les features métier de la plateforme client principale (Laravel + Vue.js) : chat temps réel, parcours de paiement, gestion des consultations vocales et digitales
- Contribuer aux évolutions et à la maintenance des microservices Lumen (billing, notifications, téléphonie, paiements Adyen, intégration Twilio)
- Participer activement à la modernisation de la plateforme : migration legacy v4 → v5, migration Vue 2 → Vue 3
- Gérer les workers, queues et WebSockets en production (Kubernetes/GKE) sur une infrastructure à forte charge (jusqu’à 35 000 connexions simultanées)
- Assurer la qualité du code : tests PHPUnit, tests E2E Playwright, code reviews, et participer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques d’ingénierie
- Comprendre et gérer les spécificités multi-tenant / multi-brand (8 marques, 4 pays) du codebase partagé
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Expérience significative en développement PHP (idéalement Laravel) et JavaScript/Vue.js — vous êtes à l’aise aussi bien côté backend que frontend
- Bonne compréhension des architectures microservices et des problématiques de systèmes distribués (queues, workers, WebSockets)
- Expérience avec des environnements containerisés (Docker, Kubernetes) et des pipelines CI/CD (GitLab CI ou équivalent)
- Sensibilité pour la qualité du code : tests unitaires, tests d’intégration, code review — vous ne vous contentez pas de “faire fonctionner”
- Autonomie et sens des responsabilités : vous savez prioriser, prendre des décisions techniques et avancer sans micromanagement
- Curiosité technique et intérêt pour des problématiques non triviales : temps réel, téléphonie, paiements en ligne, multi-tenant
