About the Role We’re hiring a senior Full-Stack Engineer focused on Growth to work on Jobscan, a multi-domain SaaS product helping job seekers optimize resumes using data, rules-based logic, and AI. This is an end-to-end ownership role across product and marketing surfaces. You’ll build and optimize systems that drive user acquisition, activation, and conversion - spanning landing pages, SPA UI, APIs, and infrastructure - then iterate based on data. You should: Make strong trade-offs between speed, quality, and cost Be comfortable running experiments and iterating quickly Understand how technical decisions impact conversion, SEO, and user behavior Communicate clearly in English and Mandarin
