We are currently looking for a Senior Hardware Validation Engineer to join our Littelfuse Kaunas Validation Team. In this role, you will take ownership of product validation activities, ensuring Littelfuse products meet customer requirements and program timelines. Drive validation approaches across projects while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure complete and accurate testing.

This role is based on-site in Kaunas and reports directly to Laboratory Manager.

About the job:

• Lead assigned validation projects by leveraging technical expertise to ensure high-quality results are delivered on time.

• Create validation plans based on customer requirements and automotive industry standards

• Design and execute product validation tests by developing test setups, environments, and test cases for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, thermal, vibration, environmental, and other product requirements

• Analyze test results, investigate root causes of issues, and develop technical solutions

• Present findings through clear reports and data visualizations

• Drive test automation initiatives by developing software, test methods, and validation environments

• Support additional engineering and cross-functional activities as project needs evolve

About you:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field

• At least 2 years of experience in an electronics or similar area

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team

• Handle setbacks with persistence and a solution-oriented mindset

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Beneficial skills:

• Experience with LabVIEW/ Test Stand programming, - at least 1 year is a major benefit.

• Experience with high-power electrical testing (>15 kW).

• Hands-on experience with DC power supplies, digital multimeters (DMM), data acquisition systems (DAQ), matrix switching, multiplexing, or similar test equipment.

The salary range 3100 EUR gross – 3600 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
