Čo očakávame?
- Počas onboardingu spoznávaš firmu zvnútra - zavedené procesy, postupy a systémy.
- Plne preberáš zodpovednosť za pridelenú oblasť - sám navrhuješ, čo auditovať a ako - určuješ fokus.
- Čítaš medzi riadkami procesov aj čísel.
- Prezentuješ zistenia manažmentu - tvoj hlas má váhu.
- Identifikuješ riziká a prichádzaš s riešeniami.
- Spolupracuješ naprieč oddeleniami (controlling, financie, IT...).
- Po zapracovaní mentoruješ juniorov, zdieľaš know-how a skúsenosti.
- Vidíš komplexný obraz firmy a pomáhaš ho zlepšovať.
Qualifications

- Skúsenosť s interným auditom - certifikácia CIA (príp. ACCA) veľkou výhodou.
