- รับแจ้ง ตรวจสอบ และแก้ไขปัญหาด้าน IT (Hardware, Software, Network)
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา (Troubleshoot) ระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows, Microsoft Office และโปรแกรมพื้นฐานอื่นๆ
- ดูแลและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะทางสำหรับอุปกรณ์ในคลังสินค้า เช่น Handheld Scanner, Barcode Printer และอุปกรณ์ Mobility อื่นๆ ให้พร้อมใช้งาน
- ให้ความช่วยเหลือผู้ใช้งานในการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับโปรแกรม WMS
- ดูแลระบบ Network ภายในคลังสินค้า (LAN/WAN) และตรวจสอบจุดกระจายสัญญาณ Wi-Fi (Access Point)
- ดูแลรักษาคอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง, และระบบ CCTV เบื้องต้น
- สามารถเดินทางเข้าสถานที่ปฏิบัติงานคลังสินค้า สัปดาห์ละ 1 วันได้ (ลาดพร้าว, บางนา) ******
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน IT Support, Helpdesk หรือ System Admin อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีใจรักงานบริการ (Service Mind) สื่อสารกับผู้ใช้งานได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ Support งานในกลุ่มธุรกิจ Logistics, คลังสินค้า หรือโรงงาน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวพร้อมใบขับขี่
