Job Description

We are looking for a colleague who would take care of a daily legal maters of our Company and also join green field projects. We value openness, partnership is our strength, and responsibility makes us a great team. If all this speaks to you, we would like to invite you to join us.

You will contribute to secure and green energy ecosystem creation by:

• Providing legal assistance in renewable energy projects in Latvia, including matters related to WTG/PV/BESS supply, EPC, BoP, TCM agreements, construction agreements FIDIC, claims management, as well as environmental and general commercial matters
• Preparing and implementing internal procedures to ensure compliance and effective risk mitigation
• Liaising with legal advisors, regulators, management, and other stakeholders on relevant legal issues

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law
• At least 3 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in construction and/or real estate
• Proficiency in English and experience working with international teams
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on supporting internal clients (e.g., business teams)
• Ability to independently prioritize tasks and evaluate options to find effective solutions

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in energy sector
