We're looking for a passionate Senior Lead Engineer to help build and evolve our cloud-native SaaS platform. If you enjoy solving complex engineering problems, designing scalable systems, mentoring developers, and leveraging AI to build better software, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll influence architecture, drive engineering excellence, and own product delivery from design through production.

Principle Tasks:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable backend services and platform capabilities.

• Drive architecture and technical decisions with focus on scalability, reliability, security, performance, and cost optimization.

• Build cloud-native solutions on AWS using modern software engineering practices.

• Design and develop REST APIs and distributed microservices.

• Evaluate new technologies, conduct technical feasibility studies, and build PoCs.

• Champion clean code, automated testing, secure development, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.

• Lead production issue resolution, RCA, and continuous platform improvements.

• Collaborate with Product, Architects, QA, DevOps, and Support teams to deliver high-quality software.

• Mentor engineers through design discussions, code reviews, and technical guidance.

• Leverage AI-powered engineering tools to improve productivity, quality, and delivery.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• TypeScript and/or Node.js

• REST APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven & Distributed Systems

• AWS Serverless: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Step Functions

• MySQL, MongoDB, ActiveMQ, Apache Solr or similar technologies

• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git/GitHub, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)

• Observability & Monitoring: CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry

• Secure Software Development & Cloud Security best practices

• Knowledge of TR-069, TR-369 and TR-181 device management standards is a plus

What Success Looks Like

• 12–14 years of experience building scalable enterprise or SaaS products using modern software engineering practices.

• Strong expertise in Java, cloud-native application development on AWS, system design, and backend engineering.

• Experience building microservices, event-driven architectures, REST APIs, and distributed systems.

• Hands-on experience with AWS serverless technologies and modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization, observability, and Infrastructure as Code.

• Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and driving engineering excellence.

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills with a passion for continuous learning and AI-assisted software development.

• AWS Certification (Associate or above) or equivalent cloud experience is preferred.
