담당 업무

결산 및 재무보고

• 월·분기·연간 결산 및 재무제표 작성
• 결산 조정분개 검토, 계정별 잔액 분석 및 결산 이슈 관리
• 손익 및 재무상태 변동 분석
• 연결조정분개 및 연결패키지 작성 및 검토

회계기준

• 신규 거래 및 계약에 대한 회계처리 검토
• K-IFRS 회계기준 적용 및 회계정책 수립 지원
• 회계 이슈 검토 및 외부 감사인, 자문인과 협업

공시 및 감사

• 사업·반기·분기보고서 및 주석 작성
• 외부감사 대응 및 감사자료 작성

글로벌 회계

• 해외 자회사 결산 및 월별 보고 패키지(Reporting Package) 검토
• 해외 자회사 회계 이슈 검토 및 연결결산 지원
• 그룹 회계정책 표준화 및 연결결산 프로세스 개선

내부통제 및 기타 프로젝트

• 내부회계관리제도(ICFR) 통제활동 수행
• ERP구축고도화 프로젝트 참여 및 운영 개선
• 회계 프로세스 자동화 및 업무 효율화

자격 요건

필수

• 재무, 회계, 경영학 또는 관련 전공 학사 이상
• 회계/세무 분야 경력 8년 이상
• K-IFRS 회계 기준 및 관련 법규에 대한 높은 이해도
• 연결결산 업무 전반을 독립적으로 수행하실 수 있는 실무 경험
• 해외 자회사와 원활하게 협업하실 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량
• 뛰어난 분석력과 높은 수준의 정확성을 바탕으로 효율적으로 업무를 수행할 수 있는 분
• 주도적으로 업무를 수행하며 팀 및 유관 부서와 원활하게 협업할 수 있는 분
  

우대사항

• 공인회계사(KICPA 혹은 AICPA 등 이에 준하는 회계전문가 자격) 보유자

Senior Manager, Accounting

General Summary

Orum Therapeutics is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our Finance Team. This role will be responsible for a broad range of accounting activities, with a focus on financial close and reporting, consolidation, tax, and regulatory reporting. The Finance Team provides accurate and timely financial information to support management decision-making. In this role, you will perform standalone and consolidated financial reporting under K-IFRS, review the financial results and reporting packages of overseas subsidiaries, and support tax compliance, regulatory filings, and external audits. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented professional with strong hands-on accounting experience who can work independently while collaborating effectively with the broader Finance Team.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Financial Close & Reporting

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and prepare financial statements
• Review closing and adjusting journal entries, analyze account balances, and address closing-related issues
• Perform variance analysis of income statement and balance sheet fluctuations
• Prepare and review consolidation adjustments and consolidation packages

Accounting Standards & Technical Accounting

• Review accounting treatment for new transactions and contracts
• Support the application of K-IFRS and the development of accounting policies
• Research and analyze accounting issues and work with external auditors and advisors as needed

Regulatory Reporting & External Audit

• Prepare business report, semi-annual report, and quarterly report, including related footnote disclosures
• Support external audits and prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation

Global Accounting

• Review the monthly close results and reporting packages submitted by  overseas subsidiaries
• Review accounting matters related to overseas subsidiaries and support the group consolidation process
• Support the standardization of group accounting policies and continuous improvements of the consolidation process

Internal Controls & Other Projects

• Perform control activities related to Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR)
• Participate in ERP implementation and enhancement projects and support ongoing system improvements
• Support accounting process automation and other efficiency initiatives

Skills, Abilities & Competencies

Must-have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in accounting and/or tax
• Strong working knowledge of K-IFRS and relevant accounting and regulatory requirements
• Hands-on consolidation experience with the ability to independently manage the end-to-end consolidation process.
• Experience working with or supporting overseas subsidiaries
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively across teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA (KICPA, AICPA, or equivalent international accounting qualification) preferred.
