The Opportunity:

The Senior Manager, Business Analysis & Technical Project Management, Europe plays a highly versatile role supporting strategic business, technology, and operational initiatives across Revolution Medicines' rapidly growing European organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, IT, Europe, this individual partners with European business leaders, Global Commercial & Medical Information Systems, G&A and enterprise technology teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to help plan, coordinate, and execute a broad range of initiatives that enable business growth and operational excellence.

This is a hands-on hybrid Technical Project Manager and Business Analyst role. The individual will plan and drive project delivery while partnering with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and refine business and technical requirements. It will coordinate internal IT teams, business partners, vendors, and implementation partners through delivery, implementation, handover, and post-implementation support.

As the European organization and IT function continue to grow, this role will provide flexible support across a broad range of technology, operational, and business initiatives. The successful candidate will bring structure to ambiguous work, identify gaps and dependencies, coordinate activities across teams, and take ownership of emerging priorities that support business growth, operational effectiveness, and scalable ways of working.

The ideal candidate has experience working in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, or similarly regulated industry, or has demonstrated success in a high-growth, fast-moving company where they have adapted quickly to changing priorities, incomplete processes, and evolving organizational needs. They will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrate strong leadership and practical problem-solving abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Project Delivery and Technical Coordination

  • Facilitate project meetings, document meeting minutes, track decisions and actions, and provide clear, timely project reporting.

  • Create, maintain, and analyze project plans, timelines, action logs, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and status reports.

  • Coordinate project activities across internal IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, implementation partners, and other external parties.

  • Drive project delivery by coordinating activities, communicating progress, risks, decisions, and required actions to stakeholders.

  • Manage project conflicts, challenges, dynamic business requirements, and competing priorities to keep projects on track.

  • Work directly with technical leads and project contributors to resolve delivery issues, resource constraints, and project roadblocks.

  • Proactively identify, track, escalate, and eliminate impediments that may affect scope, timeline, budget, quality, or successful implementation.

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, validate, refine, and prioritize business and system requirements.

  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and actionable technical work.

  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to clarify requirements, map processes, identify pain points, and align stakeholders on proposed solutions.

  • Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, user experience, standardization, and operational effectiveness.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, business cases, functional documentation, and supporting project materials.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the intake, assessment, prioritization, planning, and coordination of new technology requests and initiatives.

  • Help establish and improve scalable project-management, business-analysis, vendor-management, governance, documentation, reporting, and collaboration practices across IT Europe.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve visibility, standardize ways of working, and strengthen the effectiveness of business and IT teams.

  • Coordinate the onboarding of new IT vendors, consultants, contractors, and implementation partners in collaboration with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and other relevant functions.

  • Manage other special projects and perform other duties as needed.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:

  • Experience supporting Commercial, Medical, Finance, Human Resources, or other G&A functions and associated enterprise technologies, such as ERP, HCM, collaboration, productivity, or other enterprise business platforms.

  • Familiarity with project management, collaboration, reporting, and business process management tools.

  • Additional European language skills are a must.

What Makes You Successful

  • You enjoy bringing organization, clarity, and structure to complex initiatives.

  • You are naturally collaborative and build trusted relationships across business functions, regions, vendors, and global teams.

  • You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and are comfortable shifting between planning, coordination, analysis, and delivery.

  • You demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

  • You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and quickly adapt as business priorities evolve.

  • You are proactive, curious, and continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, organizational effectiveness, and business outcomes.

  • You do not wait for perfect structure: you identify what is needed, establish a practical approach, and keep delivery moving while maintaining appropriate controls.
