You’ll also enjoy a range of benefits such as flexible working (3 days per week in office), home office support, and volunteering leave.     What you’ll be working on   You will lead Audinate's Data and Insights function and transform what we know about our operations, markets, products, and customers into the decisions that grow the business. You'll build a durable data platform foundation that compounds success over time. Data and Insights is a new function and you'll make the foundational decisions on the data platform, and engage closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Strategy - synthesising what matters across them and bringing credible ideas for how data can be applied to the questions that drive growth.  In these early days the function is small, so you'll be hands-on building the first foundations, growing the team around you as the platform takes shape.
