Senior Manager, Event Programming

We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.  The Senior Manager, Event Programming is responsible for shaping and leading strategy-aligned programming across a portfolio of events, including flagship tentpoles. This role owns the end-to-end programming lifecycle and plays a critical leadership role in defining how event content advances organizational priorities. As part of the Stand Together Events Center of Excellence, this role drives production of high‑quality, purpose‑driven events that translate complex social impact ideas into compelling, memorable experiences which mobilize resources, strengthen relationships, and accelerate philanthropic outcomes. This individual operates as a strategic partner to senior leaders, translating complex objectives into compelling narratives, high-impact sessions, and cohesive audience experiences. They also set the standard for programming excellence, influencing both content quality and team approach across events. This is an ideal role for an experienced event professional, strong in both strategy and execution, who can translate vision into influential events with a clear, compelling narrative and purpose from start to finish.
