About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Manager, Marketing and Product to lead the marketing, communications, and product strategy behind our premier member proposition.
In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for both hotel partners and loyalty members - shaping compelling offers, driving high-impact campaigns, and ensuring our product playbooks remain innovative and compliant. Leading a dedicated team of direct reports, you will act as a key collaborator across our hotel network, regional teams, and strategic partners throughout the APAC region and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partner Consultation: Guide hotel partners on optimal offer strategies, creative direction, and comprehensive performance reporting.
Campaign Leadership: Lead end-to-end (360-degree) marketing campaigns for targeted member communications and high-profile new market launches.
Product Governance & Playbooks: Own the commercial terms, playbooks, and Terms & Conditions for our core product initiatives, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Stakeholder & Network Management: Build and nurture highly collaborative, trusted relationships across Accor's extensive hotel and strategic partner networks.
Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and foster the professional growth of a high-performing marketing team.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in product marketing, partnership marketing, or managing loyalty/membership program propositions.
Matrix Navigation: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across complex, matrixed global organizations.
Analytical & Creative Balance: A sharp eye for detail combined with a genuine curiosity to understand consumer behavior and what drives a successful, high-converting offer.
