If you're driven to help reshape how banking works for Canadians and the businesses that power our economy, this could be your next big opportunity.  We can’t wait to get to know you!  The Work Reporting to the Director, Organization Design, the Senior Manager, Organization Design & Operating Model is responsible for independently leading significant organization design and operating model workstreams and developing recommendations for senior leaders with minimal day-to-day oversight. The role partners with business leaders, Human Resources Business Partners and transformation teams to translate strategy into practical organizational solutions that improve organizational effectiveness, decision-making, accountability and business performance. The Senior Manager leads complex work from diagnosis through implementation, including organizational assessments, future-state organization design, operating model design, governance, decision rights, workforce and capability planning, and implementation planning. The role requires deep technical expertise, sound judgment, strong facilitation and the ability to navigate ambiguity while balancing strategic thinking with practical execution.
