Reporting to theĀ Vice President,Ā TechnologyĀ Portfolio, you willĀ be responsible forĀ leadingĀ aĀ portionĀ ofĀ our Technology category at CoreTrust. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies toĀ optimizeĀ technology-related procurement processes for our members. The position involves a dual focus on managingĀ supplierĀ partnerships and acting as a technology evangelist and subject matter expertĀ forĀ CoreTrust members and ourĀ sales organization.Ā
Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate and structureĀ technologyĀ agreementsĀ that create strong valueĀ forĀ CoreTrust, its members and suppliersĀ Ā
- Contribute to and execute multi-year category strategies for the technology portfolio aligned to business goals, member needs, and market dynamicsĀ
- Conduct market, competitive, and supplier analysis to inform portfolio direction, expansion opportunities, and investment prioritizationĀ
- AssistĀ inĀ supplier segmentation, strategic sourcing, negotiations, and contracting to secure differentiated commercial structures and value-added benefits for membersĀ
- Participate in end-to-end offering development, from concept and design through sourcing, contracting, and transition to go-to-market executionĀ
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Portfolio Operations to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growthĀ
- Serve asĀ a technologyĀ portfolio subject matter expert in support of sales efforts, member engagement, and internal enablementĀ
- Own category/supplier financial performance, including revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, expansion opportunities, and long-term value creationĀ
- Drive achievement of KPIs, manage budgets, and leverage performance insights toĀ optimizeĀ GTM efforts and prioritize strategic initiativesĀ
- Build and manage strategic, mutually beneficial supplier partnerships focused on performance improvement, risk mitigation, and market share growthĀ
- Lead regular supplier business reviews and proactivelyĀ identifyĀ opportunities for improvement and innovationĀ
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution across the portfolio lifecycleĀ
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on portfolio performance, risks, and strategic initiatives
- Contribute to broader enterprise initiatives, including portfolio expansion, adjacent market opportunities, and M&A support as neededĀ

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years ofĀ experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supplier relationship management, including complex commercial negotiationsĀ
- ProvenĀ track recordĀ of successfully managing technology partnerships and drivingĀ mutual valueĀ
- Strong understanding of technology trends, products, and servicesĀ as well as the technology sales processĀ
- Highly organizedĀ with the ability to coordinate complex supplier relationship managementĀ activities, ensureĀ timelyĀ responsesĀ toĀ internalĀ and externalĀ stakeholders, andĀ driveĀ completion of key initiativesĀ
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to balance multiple stakeholder priorities in a strategic contextĀ
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skillsĀ
- Analytical, data-driven decision maker with a continuous improvement mindsetĀ
- Ability toĀ operateĀ independently while collaborating effectively across functions in a dynamic environmentĀ
- GPO experience or familiarity with group purchasing models is a plusĀ
