We are looking for a highly capable and intellectually curious professional to contribute to the development of next-generation Artificial Intelligence systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging problems at the forefront of AI, including model evaluation, reinforcement learning environments, coding agents, agentic systems, and high-quality enterprise data.

You will work on initiatives designed to improve the capabilities, reliability, reasoning, and real-world performance of advanced AI models. The role is suited for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, experimenting with emerging AI technologies, and working in a fast-paced environment where research and engineering come together.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop environments that enable advanced AI models and coding agents to learn, reason, and perform complex tasks.
• Build and improve reinforcement learning environments for coding and agentic AI applications.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and testing methodologies to measure model capabilities and reliability.
• Work on agentic workflows that enable AI systems to perform multi-step tasks with greater autonomy.
• Contribute to enterprise data initiatives involving the collection, preparation, structuring, and validation of high-quality datasets.
• Analyze AI model outputs and identify weaknesses, failure patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop tools and processes that improve the quality, scalability, and efficiency of AI development workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, research, and domain experts to solve technically complex problems.
• Experiment with emerging AI techniques, tools, frameworks, and development methodologies.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, testing, and technical execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in AI evaluation, training, and deployment processes.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Agentic AI.
• Excellent programming and problem-solving abilities, with strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
