Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to work independently.
Senior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
- Manage and maintain financial records and accounting systems.
- Bookkeeping and accounting for various clients
- Reviewing accounting work completed by our Junior Accountants
- BS and P&L accounts reconciliations
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Month end reporting
- Producing monthly financial statements, maintaining the balance sheet, depreciation schedules
- Preparation of Tax Returns/BAS/IAS for Individuals, Companies
- Payroll
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 4-5 years expertise in accounting & tax
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite , Handisoft , Xero
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Be capable of taking jobs from start to finish and meeting deadlines
