Senior People & Culture Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior People & Culture Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary HR partner for assigned client accounts, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders while delivering strategic and operational HR support. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, provide expert HR guidance, and contribute to creating a positive employee experience and a strong people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the primary People & Culture partner for assigned client accounts, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

* Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.

* Advise clients on HR policies, best practices, organizational development, and labor law compliance.

* Handle employee relations matters professionally, confidentially, and with sound judgment.

* Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring needs and workforce planning.

* Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HR reports.

* Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance service delivery.

* Support managers in performance, employee development, and people-related initiatives.

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, People & Culture, or a similar role.

* Good knowledge of Egyptian and/or Saudi labor law.

* Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

* Professional certifications such as HRCI, SHRM, or CIPD are considered a strong advantage.
