The Senior Principal, Program Manager (PM) will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of assigned programs, management of ongoing contractual relationships and the operational delivery of services and support to Government Sector clients. This role must also be able to work across D&B’s matrixed organization to leverage capabilities in support of programs. It serves as the primary point of responsibility and accountability for all services and support obligations for a national security sector client.   This role must be able to understand the client’s critical mission requirements and be able to leverage D&B data and capabilities to respond to these requirements. It engages government officials at the senior executive level to lead the program and identify areas of potential growth with new USG client.    The role works closely with the Director of Programs and Research and the Account Executive responsible for the account to provide direction and guidance to allocated analytics and support staff to meet customer objectives and ensure the highest quality of deliverables and service. The role also provides limited oversight to other program managers in their initial months at D&B.
