About this role

The Opportunity - Build the Future of Travel with AirHelp

AirHelp is a global travel tech company on a mission to make every journey smoother. We built our name helping millions of travellers claim the flight compensation they're owed - and that's now the foundation of a broader platform of travel protection and convenience products spanning the entire journey.

We’ve spent over thirteen years processing millions of flight disruption claims - and in doing so, built one of the most accurate flight datasets in the travel industry: real-time flight status, schedule and route intelligence, historical delay and cancellation statistics, and proprietary disruption prediction signals.

Flight Data Services V1 is live and first commercial deals are in motion. We are hiring a Senior PM to own this product and scale it into a material new revenue line, working alongside an experienced Sales team that already holds deep relationships across OTAs, TMCs, airlines, and travel technology partners worldwide.

This is a zero-to-scale mandate. The product exists. The distribution exists. Your job is to make them compound.

Salary: Kraków, Gdańsk, Warszawa:

  • If you join us as a full-time employee: 18.000 - 25.000 PLN gross/month
  • If you join us as a contractor (for specific projects): 20.000 - 30.000 PLN net + VAT on B2B contract

Barcelona: €70,000 - €90,000 gross/year (employment contract)
Berlin: €75,000 - €110,000 gross/year (employment contract)

What you’ll be driving

Product Roadmap & Evolution

  • Own the roadmap across real-time flight status APIs, schedule and route feeds, historical delay statistics, and disruption prediction signals - prioritised by partner demand and revenue impact.
  • Continuously validate partner needs through Sales conversations, direct partner engagement, and API usage data, translating them into a build plan that maximises adoption and revenue per integration.
  • Raise the bar on data quality, API reliability, and developer experience - turning technical assets into a defensible commercial product.

Sales Enablement & Partner Engagement

  • Be the product authority for the Sales team: equip them with positioning, competitive intelligence, integration guides, and demo assets that shorten deal cycles.
  • Engage directly with strategic partners at technical and commercial level - supporting evaluations and building long-term confidence in the product.

Packaging & Commercial Model

  • Design and iterate on product packaging - data tiers, API access models, use-case bundles - to match how OTAs, TMCs, airlines, and travel tech partners derive value.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within AirHelp's existing partner base.

Performance & Insight

  • Define and track the KPIs that matter: active integrations, API usage growth, pilot-to-commercial conversion, and revenue per partner.
  • Build the reporting infrastructure to track product health and drive data-informed prioritisation at the leadership level.

What you’ll deliver in your first 12 months

  • Revenue growth: measurable, compounding growth through new partner activations and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Expanded product suite: at least one new data capability or tier launched beyond V1, validated by partner demand.
  • Partner onboarding framework: a repeatable process that reduces time-to-live for new integrations and minimises engineering dependency.
  • Performance visibility: a live dashboard tracking adoption, usage, and revenue, used in regular leadership reviews.

What sets you apart

  • 5+ years owning a B2B data or API product with a commercial licensing model (ideally in travel, aviation, logistics, or a data-intensive vertical.)
  • You understand what makes a data product defensible: coverage, freshness, schema reliability, SLAs, and the developer experience built around it.
  • You have worked closely with a B2B Sales team as the product expert, supporting commercial conversations, shaping positioning, and closing technical objections.
  • You know how to translate product capabilities into partner value, and partner feedback into a sharper roadmap.
  • You connect product decisions to revenue outcomes, thinking in adoption curves, expansion revenue, and partner retention, not just features.
  • Strong data-driven product management: you define success metrics before you build and use partner analytics to drive decisions.
  • You understand how OTAs, TMCs, and airlines evaluate and integrate third-party data products. Familiarity with flight data standards (OAG, FlightStats, IATA) or disruption regulation (EU261, DOT) is a strong advantage.
  • Autonomy & Trust: No micromanagement. You own outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Real Product Impact: Your work directly affects millions of travelers worldwide.
  • Growth Investment: Personal development plans, workshops, mentorship, and language classes.
  • Flexible Benefits: Gym, development budget, childcare, transport or travel subsidies - your choice.
  • Global Workstyle: Work from anywhere up to 2 weeks per year.
  • Purpose-Driven Mission: We stand up for travelers and fight unfair practices.
