Senior Product Owner

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years of experience in user story creation, story refinement, and collaboration with engineering and design teams, and at least 1 year of hands-on experience working with or building AI tools

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience

• Proficiency in English

• Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, and take ownership of priorities, decisions, and deliverables

• Experience working with executive level stakeholders

What will you be doing in this role? ​​​​

• Partner with Product Managers to maintain and prioritize roadmaps across one or more products while managing development priorities and driving the delivery of the product backlog.

• Drive the execution of the product backlog and product development process to ensure timely delivery of high-value, high impact capabilities with clear measurable outcomes and KPI’s aligned with business and strategic goals.

• Partner with the technology, design and research teams to build AI products that bring value to customers

• Take a leadership role in agile ceremonies, release planning and product showcases, drive efficiency, continually improve processes and implement best practices. 

• Own and lead assigned product discovery initiatives to define customer problems and validate assumptions using best practices including customer & stakeholder engagement, experimentation and prototyping.

• Analyze and leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify new trends and problems and continuously optimize capabilities for customers.

• Develop product sense by understanding and researching users, customers, marketplace, and competitors to enhance our product strategy. 

About the Team

You will join the IPOne Product Management team within Clarivate’s Intellectual Property business. This highly visible role partners closely with teams in a global, matrixed environment. You'll work alongside talented colleagues around the world who are passionate about innovation, customer outcomes, and advancing the intellectual property ecosystem. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Product Management.

Hours of Work   

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone. This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
