Job Description

  • Managing and coordinating the business case, including authoring chapters, chapter development, stakeholder management and approvals.
  • Have notable working relationships with government departments and agencies, consulting firms (architects, engineers and planners).
  • Advising at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the client’s overall objectives.
  • Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team.
  • Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
  • Ensuring the production of formal project progress and other reports.
  • Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages. 

Qualifications

  • Professional proficiency in business case writing for health and/or government projects at a local government, state government and/or federal government level.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Ability to analyse data and author business case chapters
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Design or Construction related qualification preferable 
  • Preferable large-scale Real Estate project experience
