About this role

Role Summary

This opening is for Antier's AI Department. This is not a coordination role. We're hiring a senior delivery owner who acts as the right hand to the department lead — someone who takes full end-to-end accountability for project delivery, requirements, client relationships, and revenue growth across their accounts.

The ideal candidate combines proven Project Management discipline with strong Business Analyst instincts, technical understanding of AI solutions, and the client-facing confidence to independently manage stakeholders, resolve difficult situations, and identify upsell opportunities.
This role requires a high level of ownership, autonomy, commercial awareness, and execution focus.


Key Responsibilities

Delivery Ownership

  • Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects — planning, execution, tracking, and closure — with full accountability for outcomes, not just status updates.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, technical constraints, and edge cases before they become blockers.
  • Drive resolution of delivery issues independently, escalating only when necessary.
  • Own the P&L for assigned accounts — track project profitability, effort vs. billing, cost overruns, and margin against the original SOW estimate.
  • Ensure delivery milestones and SLAs are consistently met or proactively renegotiated where required.

Business Analysis

  • Gather, structure, and validate requirements directly with clients.
  • Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear scope, user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables.
  • Identify unstated requirements, edge cases, dependencies, and potential delivery risks.
  • Produce and maintain SOWs, BRDs, process flows, and other delivery documentation.

Client & Commercial Ownership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and independently manage day-to-day client relationships.
  • Lead client meetings, requirement discussions, project reviews, and delivery conversations.
  • Confidently manage difficult conversations around scope, timelines, priorities, and delivery risks.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and account expansion.
  • Participate in sales and solution discussions and help convert opportunities into additional business.
  • Ensure no unbilled scope creep or margin leakage goes unnoticed.

Team Leadership

  • Lead or mentor junior PMs, BAs, and coordinators.
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Work closely with engineering, AI/ML, QA, design, and other technical teams to keep delivery on track.
  • Remove blockers and ensure team commitments translate into measurable outcomes.

Must-Have Skills, Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent PM/BA-focused postgraduate qualification is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management within IT/software services.
  • Prior experience delivering AI, GenAI, ML, or other emerging-technology projects is strongly preferred.
  • Strong enough understanding of AI solution concepts, architecture, and constraints to identify technical edge cases and effectively translate between clients and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated experience independently owning projects from requirements through delivery and closure.
  • Hands-on experience owning project P&L, margins, effort vs. billing, and cost control.
  • Experience leading or mentoring junior PMs, BAs, or coordinators.
  • Strong Business Analysis and requirements-gathering capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions, pushing back on unrealistic requirements, and negotiating practical solutions.
  • Comfortable operating with high autonomy and full accountability for outcomes.
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify account-growth opportunities.
  • Working knowledge of PM, documentation, collaboration, and reporting tools.

Nice-to-Have

  • PMP, CSM/PSM, CBAP/CCBA, or equivalent PM/BA certification.
  • Hands-on technical background in development, QA, architecture, or engineering.
  • Experience with GenAI/LLMs, AI agents, RAG, APIs, or AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
  • Experience with international/enterprise clients across multiple time zones.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales, proposals, solution discussions, upselling, or account expansion.

What Success Looks Like

  • Leadership does not need to chase status — updates, risks, and corrective actions are surfaced proactively.
  • Clients treat this person as a trusted advisor, not a ticket-router.
  • Delivery commitments are consistently met or proactively renegotiated ahead of time.
  • Documentation is complete and audit-ready without repeated follow-up.
  • Project and account margins remain at or above target.
  • Scope creep and unbilled work are identified early and addressed.
  • Accounts under their ownership demonstrate measurable upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Delivery issues are anticipated and resolved before becoming escalations.
  • The department lead can rely on this person to independently own delivery, client, and commercial outcomes.
