Senior QA Engineer

How you'll make an impact:   The Senior QA Engineer is responsible for defining and executing the quality strategy within a cross-functional team. This role moves beyond simple execution to serve as a functional lead — determining methods for testing complex systems, designing and integrating modern test automation (including AI-assisted tooling), improving internal policies, and mentoring the team to ensure high-quality software delivery and a superior user experience. This is a hands-on technical role embedded in an Agile/Scrum environment, working closely with product managers, developers, and DevOps teams across the full SDLC. You will be a quality advocate who drives standards, owns risk, and enables others.
