You'll act as a trusted, consultative partner to hiring managers, running sourcing, screening, and candidate management day in and day out. You hold a rigorous bar for how candidates think, collaborate, and execute, and know how to balance that standard with the urgency of a scaling business, shaping how every candidate experiences our brand from first touchpoint to hire.
