About this role

About Conduit Health

Conduit Health is transforming one of the most outdated corners of post-acute care: getting essential medical equipment and supplies into patients' homes. We're the first vertically integrated, AI-powered platform uniting ordering, telehealth, prescriptions, insurance, and fulfillment into one experience. We closed a Series A led by Drive Capital in early 2026 and are scaling fast.

We’re looking for a DME Revenue Cycle Lead to own revenue cycle operations for Conduit’s Durable Medical Equipment business end-to-end. You’ll be the operational owner of every dollar between a completed order and cash in the bank - eligibility, claim submission, denial management, A/R follow-up, and patient billing across Medicare and state Medicaid DME billing.

You’ll build and run the team, vendor relationships, and systems that keep DME revenue flowing cleanly as we scale into new states, and you’ll partner closely with Fulfillment, Credentialing, Product, and Engineering to fix root causes instead of chasing one-off claims.

What You’ll Do

  • Own DME revenue cycle operations end-to-end: eligibility verification, claim submission, denial management, A/R follow-up, and patient billing across Medicare and state Medicaid DME billing in NY, FL, OH, MD, PA, and GA, with more states coming online.

  • Manage and develop the RCM team: coach billing specialists and contractors, and build performance systems that catch issues before they become backlogs.

  • Build scalable RCM infrastructure: decide what to insource vs. outsource, manage RCM/EMR tooling, and design workflows that hold up as order volume scales.

  • Drive denial reduction and claim accuracy: dig into the data to find the root cause behind recurring denials - coding errors, missing documentation, payer policy changes - and fix the process, not just the claim.

  • Partner with Engineering and Product on automation: scope and launch RCM technology that reduces manual work and improves billing accuracy.

  • Track and report on core KPIs: claim acceptance rate, days in A/R, denial rate, and collection timelines - and turn them into clear updates for leadership.

  • Stay ahead of payer and regulatory change: monitor Medicare/Medicaid DME fee schedule and policy updates and drive the catalog and process changes needed to stay compliant and protect margin.

What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in RCM or healthcare operations, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing a billing team in DME, home health, or medical equipment/supply environments.

  • Deep knowledge of DME billing - HCPCS coding, Medicare/Medicaid payer rules, prior authorization, and regulatory requirements like HIPAA and CMS.

  • A proven track record leading and scaling a billing team, including offshore or outsourced partners.

  • Strong data analysis and quantitative skills - comfortable cleaning, structuring, and analyzing revenue cycle data to drive decisions.

  • Hands-on experience with RCM/EMR platforms, with familiarity in automation, AI, or analytics tools.

  • Strategic and financial acumen - experience with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development tied to company growth goals.

  • Exceptional communication skills - able to distill complex RCM concepts into clear, actionable plans for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Our Values

  • Excellence, Not Perfection — results that matter, not polish for its own sake.

  • Urgency, Not Chaos — fast, paired with clarity.

  • Systems, Not One-Offs — fix the root cause so it never returns5

  • Committed, Not Just Here — engaged, proactive, above and beyond.

  • Crush Goals, Not Souls — serious about the work, not ourselves.

Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. Hybrid model. Unlimited PTO + 9 company holidays. Direct mentorship from senior leadership.
