About the Role
The Athletic is looking for a creator-minded Sr.Social Producer to own the digital footprint of our new daily live show. You aren't just "managing accounts,” you are a digital-first filmmaker and strategist who knows how to stop the scroll.
Reporting to the Executive Producer, you will be embedded in the control room, identifying viral moments as they happen and translating them into high-performing social assets. You are equally comfortable editing a high-energy reel as you are moderating a fast-moving YouTube chat or filming "behind-the-scenes" content with our talent. You are the voice of the show to our community and the architect of its growth.
