The 3PL Staff Engineer owns the technical foundation of this new product: the multi-tenant systems that manage client onboarding, inventory, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and billing for outside customers using Spreetail's fulfillment network. You will operate as a founding technical leader for a 0-to-1 platform, bringing deep ecommerce domain expertise to bear on warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment at multi-tenant scale. This platform is being built AI-native from the start — with demand forecasting, automated exception handling, and anomaly detection woven into core workflows rather than bolted on afterward. Your work directly determines whether Spreetail can reliably sell 3PL services to external clients — making it a direct driver of new revenue and margin.
