Senior Structural Design Engineer - Consultant

Talent 360 is hiring a Senior Structural Design Engineer to join our team.

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced structural engineer who is passionate about delivering innovative, safe, and efficient structural solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong consultancy background, advanced structural design expertise, and the ability to lead technical design activities across complex engineering projects.

About the Role

As a Senior Structural Design Engineer at Talent 360, you will be responsible for developing and reviewing structural designs, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring all engineering deliverables meet project requirements, industry standards, and applicable design codes. You will play a key role in supporting project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of technical quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review structural design calculations, analysis reports, and engineering drawings.
• Develop structural BIM models using Revit and participate in multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
• Design reinforced concrete and steel structures in accordance with project requirements and applicable design codes.
• Perform structural analysis using industry-standard engineering software.
• Coordinate closely with architectural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines throughout all project phases.
• Ensure all structural designs comply with local and international codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Participate in technical reviews, design coordination meetings, and project discussions.
• Review structural documentation and provide technical guidance to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
• Support project delivery by preparing high-quality technical documentation and responding to technical queries.
• Manage assigned design tasks while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project schedules.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in Structural Design Engineering.
• Proven experience in structural design within an engineering consultancy firm.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and other structural analysis software.
• Experience in the design of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• Strong understanding of local and international structural design codes and standards.
• Experience coordinating with architectural, MEP, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
