ERG seeks an experienced Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join our growing Contracts team. In this role, you will manage the full subcontract lifecycle – from proposal initiation through issuance and negotiation through administration and closeout in support of federal, state, and/or local government contracts. You will collaborate closely with Contract Administrators, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and support successful project delivery.
