Commitment to Diversity & Military Veterans Battle-Tested Leadership Experience 100% Data Center Focused Owner-Operator Mindset Job Description: The Senior Superintendent is responsible for providing on-site coordination for all phases of T5 Data Center construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.  The Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety. Qualifications: RESPONSIBILITIES   Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion. Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed. Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with the contracted scope of work. Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions. Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards. Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution. Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite. May perform Field Superintendent duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously. Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team. Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning. Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work. Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors in regards to quality of work or scheduling. Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner. Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion. Complete other such duties consistent with your role as you may be assigned by T5 management. Additional Information: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, required 5+ years Construction experience, required 1+ years Data Center experience, preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Project) Yardi, Procor and Prolog experience, preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES Experience with Division 2-10 (concrete through finish trade) Provide direction to and resolve problems amongst subcontractors and vendors. Ability to identify deficient work and provide resolution. Blueprint reading. Endurance and ability to visit entire job site, including stairs or other elevated structures. Monitoring jobsite general health and safety. Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service ; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.
