Senior Supply Chain Manager

Our customers are inventing what's next, in aerospace, defense, robotics, and beyond. To keep up with them, manufacturing has to change. That's what we're building.   Our supply chain team has two primary goals:    Production never stops due to a procurement issue. Supply chain is a helpful resource for the rest of the company (NOT a hindrance)  This role will work closely with the COO, CEO, and Business Operations team members. The primary goal of this role will be to build up supply chain and procurement internal systems (budgeting, purchase approval, direct demand planning, enhanced inventory management, team organization into procurement categories), establishing relationships with legacy suppliers, establishing a broader supply chain strategy, and executing day to day procurement transactions.    As an early-stage startup, we’re looking for someone who can further the strategic while addressing the tactical. You are a person who can maintain day-to-day operations while developing programs and strategies for six months, 1 year, or 3 years in the future.
