- Act as a go to strategic talent partner for Corporate and Operations Directors and ManagersÂ
- Elevate the quality and consistency of professional, managerial, and senior level hiringÂ
- Build leadership pipelines with succession in mindÂ

Strategic Talent Partnering
- Looking beyond rĂ©sumĂ©s to understand ambition, potential, and fitÂ
- Telling compelling career stories and selling a visionÂ
- Helping people imagine futures — and leadership journeys — they may not have consideredÂ
- Partner closely with leaders to understand business priorities, team dynamics, and future leadership needsÂ
- Advise on role design, talent strategy, and market insightsÂ
End-to-end RecruitmentÂ
- Own full cycle recruitment for professional, managerial, and senior roles in CanadaÂ
- Lead structured intake, assessment, and selection processesÂ
- Ensure hiring decisions align with Techo-Bloc’s values, culture, and long-term visionÂ
Modern Talent Attraction &Â InnovationÂ
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through networking, relationships, and targeted outreachÂ
- Use AI and technology to draft creative job postings, personalize outreach, and elevate sourcing strategiesÂ
- Leverage social platforms, digital tools, and data to reach talent beyond traditional job boardsÂ
Leadership Pipeline BuildingÂ
- Recruit with a succession mindset — building depth, not just capacityÂ
- Identify high potential talent and help leaders think beyond immediate needsÂ
- Support internal mobility and leadership development initiativesÂ
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experienceÂ
- Proven success recruiting professional, managerial, or senior rolesÂ
- Strong ability to partner with leaders and executivesÂ
- Business minded, confident, and comfortable influencing without authorityÂ
- Bilingual (French & English) — English is required to serve our clients and employees located outside Quebec and in the U.S.;
- A genuine passion for people, leadership, and long-term impactÂ
