About this role
نحن لا نبحث عن مهندس مكتب فني تقليدي، بل نبحث عن "المرجع التقني الأول" للمشاريع السكنية بالمكتب. ستكون مسؤولاً عن:
- إدارة وقيادة فريق المكتب الفني بالكامل، وتوزيع المهام ومتابعة الجداول الزمنية لتسليم المخططات.
- مراجعة واعتماد جميع الرسومات التنفيذية (Shop Drawings) والتفاصيل المعمارية المعقدة للمشاريع السكنية (Villas, Townhouses, Residential Buildings) وضمان مطابقتها لأعلى معايير الجودة والمواصفات العالمية.
- عمل المطابقات الفنية الشاملة (Coordination) بين المعماري والإنشائي والـ MEP (الكهرباء والميكانيكا والتكييف) وحل أي تعارضات (Clashes) قبل وأثناء التنفيذ.
- إعداد ومراجعة المقايسات (BOQ)، المواصفات الفنية (Technical Specifications)، وتحليل الأسعار للمشاريع السكنية الفاخرة.
- مراجعة المستخلصات واعتماد جداول المواد (Material Submittals) والتنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين الباطن.
- تقديم الدعم الفني الكامل وحل المشكلات الهندسية المعقدة المرفوعة من الموقع للتأكد من مطابقة التنفيذ مع التصميم بدقة 100%.
الخبرة: حد أدنى 10 سنوات من الخبرة الفعلية والمثبتة في "المكتب الفني المعماري".
التخصص: خبرة عميقة وثقيلة جداً في المشاريع السكنية (Residential Projects) والفيلات الفاخرة وتشطيباتها المعقدة.
البرامج: إتقان تام وجاهزية كاملة على برامج: (AutoCAD, Revit "BIM", Navisworks).
المهارات الفنية القاتلة:
- فهم عميق جداً لتفاصيل الإنشاء المعماري والمواد (Materials) والتشطيبات الحديثة (High-end finishes).
- قدرة خارقة على قراءة وفحص اللوحات الإنشائية والـ MEP وعمل الـ Coordination باحترافية وتحديد الأخطاء فوراً.
- دراية كاملة بالأكواد البنائية، واشتراطات التراخيص، وإجراءات الاستلام والتسليم.
المهارات الشخصية: شخصية قيادية حازمة، عين لا تخطئ التفاصيل الصغيرة (Detail-oriented)، وقدرة على إدارة فريق العمل وتحت ضغط تسليمات المشاريع (Deadlines).
رواتب مجزية جداً تُحدد حسب الخبرة والكفاءة (تتناسب مع الوزن الفني للمرشح).
بونص نصف سنوي.
