Job Description
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceÂ
8 years of experience with Strong Front End UI/UX skills in a corporate environmentÂ
Knowledgeable in information architecture, human computer interaction, and usability design principlesÂ
Experience with Bootstrap is mandatory and JavaScript chops a plusÂ
Experience with Screen Design (using Illustrator or the like)Â
Experience working with Agile MethodologiesÂ
Ability to create logos and graphics for websites, proposals, and marketing materialsÂ
Creativity and ability to work with others on iterative designÂ
Experience completing mockups and wireframing (e.g. Balsamiq)Â
Experience with usability/user feedback test design and execution for mockups, prototypes, pre-release functionality, and production systemsÂ
Understanding of UX principles Experience with typography, layout, and color theoryÂ
Ability to use analytic data and user testing to inform design decisionÂ
Experience with modern software engineering practices (Continuous Integration, Specification by Example, Behavior/Test Driven Development)Â
Experience with formal code review processÂ
Experience creating formal physical design artifactsÂ
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and timelines with minimal supervisionÂ
Analytical and problem solving skills.
