What You'll Do
- Edit high-performing video ads for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns.
- Create static and video ad creatives using raw footage and creative briefs.
- Produce a high volume of creative assets while maintaining consistent quality.
- Work independently to manage editing tasks and meet production deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions quickly to optimize creative performance.
- Organize project files and ensure timely delivery of all assigned assets.
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience.
- Proven experience creating high-performing paid social advertisements, particularly for Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
- Strong portfolio showcasing performance marketing, D2C, or e-commerce video ads.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard editing tools.
- Strong understanding of direct-response video editing principles, audience retention, and creative testing.
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining consistent quality.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Basic English proficiency (non-voice role) with the ability to understand written creative briefs and communicate via chat or email.
