Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5–6 years of proven accounting experience in GL/AP profile
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software .
- Advanced MS Excel skills for financial modeling and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and expense management.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Provide management with timely financial insights and reports for decision-making
