Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Drive quality convergence plans to achieve customer quality targets.
• Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, warranty claims, failure rates, and warranty costs.
• Lead quality issue resolution by coordinating Engineering, Plants, Suppliers, and Quality teams.
• Manage Engineering Quality Issues (QIT) and ensure proper tracking in GIM/PLM.
• Support problem-solving activities with quality data, reports, and methodologies.
• Ensure production non-conformities are addressed by plant quality teams.
• Prepare quality reviews and represent quality status in customer and management meetings.
• Assess risks related to safety alerts and support field actions or service campaigns.
• Capitalize on lessons learned and ensure their integration into future projects.

Main Objectives

• Achieve customer quality targets and warranty objectives.
• Improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Define corrective actions and technical solutions for field quality issues.
• Act as the key quality representative between Engineering, Manufacturing, Suppliers, Aftersales, and Customer Experience teams

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering ;
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role 
• Problem solving skills, quality process, product design (system, architecture), industrial skills, project work, cooperation context control 

Managerial skills: 

• Ability to convince, communicate, manage the handling of quality issues 
• Ability to analyze risks and their consequences 
• Ability to mobilize and lead transversal teams 
• Autonomy and flexibility to learn new toolings and procedure 
• Rigourness ability
