About this role
Service Coordinator – Commercial Roofing
We’re hiring a Service Coordinator to support our commercial roofing service team. This role coordinates scheduling, customer communication, and billing support to keep service operations running efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and dispatch service crews
- Coordinate incoming service requests (phone, email, CRM)
- Create and track work orders
- Communicate with customers on scheduling and updates
- Support invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable follow-up
- Coordinate with technicians, service managers, and sales
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (FCS preferred)
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in dispatch, service coordination, or construction admin
- Experience in roofing, construction, HVAC, or field service preferred
- Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Overtime, longer hours, or evening on-call only as necessary
- Minimal travel is required.
